KAS Travel Group did an outstanding job helping us plan our extensive trip to Japan. Coordinating travel for 13 people is no small task, and their team handled every detail with professionalism and care.

They assisted with airfare, hotel accommodations, and several aspects of our itinerary and activities, making the planning process much smoother than we could have managed on our own. Throughout the entire experience, their communication was exceptional. They responded quickly to our many questions and always made us feel like valued clients rather than a burden.

When part of our group experienced a major travel disruption and arrived a full day late due to airline complications, KAS Travel Group went above and beyond on our behalf. They worked directly with the airline and our travel insurance provider to help secure compensation for hotel expenses and delayed luggage. KAS Travel Group helped our family have an epic family reuinion. We had been planning this trip for a while, and when a friend referred us to KAS Travel Group it as a huge releif to have them take care of finding, booking, and arranging everything for our reuinion.

What was really awesome was when they were able to get us a cruise on the inaguaral sailing of Carnival Panorama. It was awesome to be on a brand new cruise ship and to expereince it all with family.

Our group was massive, we had 26 people, 16 were kids under 13! They did a great job of making sure we knew what activities would be available on the ship, as well as making sure we could have dinner together. They also helped us find excursions for our group to go to the beach in Cabo, as well as a couple family members who wanted to go swim with the dolphines.
